A $75 deposit is required for every monthly reservation. Deposit refunds require a written request within three days of departure, a photo showing the site left clean and management approval. Confirm the appropriate deposit-request email before departure. Refunds go to the original payment card, not by check; if that card is lost, cancelled or inactive, the approved policy says the refund cannot be processed.
